At the time of death, whoever relinquishes his body, remembering Me alone, at once attains My nature. Of this there is no doubt. Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, that state he will attain without fail.
臨終においただ私（クリシュナ神）のみを念じて逝くものは私（クリシュナ神）の状態に達する。この点に疑いはない。臨終において、人がいかなる状態を念じて肉体を捨てようとも、常にその状態と一体化してまさにその状態に赴く。
